2) A package of 3 coaching sessions (each approx. 75 minutes): This includes one session described as above and two sessions in which we define your strategy on how to find a challenging new position in Switzerland.
Together we will define first what company culture and working environment is important to you, what tasks and responsibilities in detail you are looking for. We will discuss what factors you need to become successful and inspired at work. Afterwards we are putting together the most important next steps for you when reaching out to potential employers - we're defining a strategy for successful applications.
Nicole will guide you through this process. Whenever possible she will also help with her broad network and put you in contact with relevant people. Her contacts are mainly within Small and Medium-sized Swiss companies, but she also works with international clients.
Duration: approx. 4-5 weeks. All sessions happen in our office in Zurich or via Skype.
